Colonial, a prominent player in the real estate sector, teamed up with WSS to modernize workspace management in Madrid and Barcelona. The solution involved two customized white-labeled apps powered by Spaceti: "Ddiego" in Madrid streamlined common area bookings and event management, while in Barcelona, an integrated app utilized sensors from Colonial's BMS for well-being data of the space, as well as, efficient workstation and meeting room bookings, coupled with facility reports. These innovative solutions enhanced tenant satisfaction, optimized workspace usage, and empowered data-driven decisions, aligning seamlessly with Colonial's vision of workspace excellence.
