Grupo Lar partnered with WSS as it has recognized their need for a workspace app for their offices, lockers and parking and decided to work with Spaceti to develop the solution. Multiple sensors were installed in each space to allow real-time monitoring of the resource usage. This information was then used to determine if someone was occupying a space or if it was available for another user. The solution also included special locks for Grupo Lar's lockers so that only authorized users could access them and share it with others. Additionally, the app allowed users to check in and out of their spaces through their mobile devices so that they could free up time spent waiting at reception desks or walking across the office looking for vacant areas.
